This adorable piece of furniture features adjustable mattress base, which allows you to adapt the cot bed to your child development stage. Next Day Deliveries
These are items which are generally IN STOCK, and held in our warehouse. If you place your order before 3pm we are able to dispatch these items the same day. Your order should therefore be with you the following working day depending on your location.
Direct Deliveries
Our direct delivery orders come directly to you from our suppliers. Our direct delivery orders will have a lead timescale at the time of order, on occasion our suppliers do deliver sooner than this. Should they encounter any delays we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to advise you of this and to discuss options and next steps. As these are dispatched from our supplier, Courier's policies may vary. Please see the delivery disclaimer on the product page which will outline the delivery procedure and timescale for each individual direct delivery Item.

These products are available with the supplier and will be reserved for you, we aim to deliver your order to you within the timescale quoted. Your order status will show as awaiting stock until we receive the product in our warehouse. As soon as your order is with us, this will be dispatched to you on a standard delivery service. The estimate delivery dates provided on these items are subject to change.
Pre-Orders
These products are not in stock with us or our suppliers however the supplier has an indication as to when they will have stock available, and they estimate the delivery date with us. Any order placed under this status will reserve the product for the first shipment that is delivered to us from the supplier. They estimate to have the product delivered to you by the estimated date given when your order is placed. The estimate delivery dates provided on these items are subject to change.
These are the correct timescales for Mainland UK. Delivery outside of the mainland UK does add up to 72 hours.
All deliveries will receive an update once dispatched from our warehouse followed by tracking information provided by either ourselves and our courier or, if on direct delivery, from our suppliers and their couriers.
where my order was. I finally heard back from them stating the cot had been out of stock and will be delivered the end of the following week and I was given a further ‘anticipated delivery by date’. That delivery date also came and went with no further communication from them. Not even a reply to my email (still waiting).
I finally got delivery the next day, great right? Wrong!!! The cot is clearly a returned cot from someone. It’s so scratched up how they can say they check things if they are returned must be a complete lie or they just really don’t give a …. what they send out to their customers. My baby is due in less than two weeks now due to all the back and forth and I still have this awful cotbed sat in the nursery waiting for a reply from their customer service team so I can get it collected and get a refund to be able to order a different cot bed from a reputable company! I called the showroom who have advised me not to email again as it will put me at the back of the queue. So I’m a sitting duck? I need to get ordering and get this thing out of my house with enough time for a new one to arrive! AND IM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE!!!!
Please don’t make the mistake I did because it’s just not worth the stress at an already stressful time! This company doesn’t give two thoughts about their customers! Stay well clear!!!
Update:
After spending an hour on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone to discuss this further with your team, I was told a member of the team would call me back by the end of the day to sort this issue. Surprise surprise two days later I’m still waiting for that call! Please don’t tell me you’re doing your best to improve your customer service, it’s horrendous and the worst I’ve dealt with!
Now today I’ve received an email telling me that I need to pay for a return due to my ‘change of mind’ … I’m speechless!!
This product may come with a finished effect, but that finish isn’t scratches reaching each end of the cot on two sides, so please don’t try to tell me this is what it’s supposed to look like. It’s raised scratches! And if this is in fact the case, state that on your description or include REAL photos of the product so customers can see this because nowhere do you show the mess of the finish my cot has. Absolutely disgusting!!!
