Tracking Your order, Where is it?
Before your items are dispatched, you will be notified each time the status of your order changes:

1.Pending: Order has been Received

2.Processed: payment has been authorised and necessary action has taken place e.g. Your order has been passed on to the dispatch team to pack or passed on to the manufacturer for direct dispatch.

3a.Dispatched: your order has now been dispatched and should be with you soon.
or

3b.Direct Delivery: Details have been passed on to the manufacturer and your items will be dispatched directly (Each Direct delivery will have further info depending on what products you order)
