How much does it cost for delivery under £50?

As you know all orders are dispatched for a Next day delivery FREE OF CHARGE over £50. If you would like to place an order under £50 there will be a charge of £5.95 that will automatically be added at the checkout. PLEASE NOTE: FREE Delivery only applies for destinations within the UK Mainland (Zone 1).

We currently use both City Link and Fastway who are both very reliable companies

Are our orders insured?

All orders placed at Kiddies Kingdom are fully insured incase they are lost or damaged in transit

Do you export outside of the UK?

Sorry, No. Kiddies Kingdom does not ship outside the UK. The best option is to have your goods delivered to a UK address (friend or family) so that they could send the goods on to you.

Can I collect from you?

Yes absolutely, we are open 7 days a week and information on reaching us can be found on the ‘about us’ page of this website. If you do decide to collect it please let us know by email immediately, or preferably leave a note in the notes section whilst placing an order.

My parcel shows signed for, but not received?

Please check with your neighbours to make sure that they have not signed for it. Then
contact us immediately, where we have a set procedure in place. When customers report that they have not received their goods, the first thing we do is check the delivery records with City Link or Fast way. We ask the delivery company to provide a proof of delivery (POD), which means the time and date they delivered the goods(s), together with the name of the person who signed for it and an electronic fax of the signature.

We will then be in contact to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

”I’ve Missed the courier”, what is the Redelivery Process?

In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, the recipient will be left a card informing them that a redelivery will take place the next working day (Monday to Friday).If on the second attempt the consignment is still undelivered then the goods will be held at the local depot for a further two working days for the recipient to collect at their convenience.

In the event that communication from yourself has not been made after the delivery attempts, the goods will be returned back to us.If the items are returned back to us, you will either be charged 20.00 more or refunded 20.00 or 15.00 less.

As follows:

1. If you would still like the item(s) after it has been returned to us by the courier, we will charge you £20 for dispatch (To cover our dispatch, returns and administrative charges)
2. If you decide you do not want the item(s) any more after it has been returned to us by the courier, we will refund you £20 less of the purchased amount.
3. If you order item(s) totaling under £50 we will refund you £15.00 less as you have already paid for the P & P.

This also applies to cancelling an order which has been shipped but not delivered.Please DO NOT REFUSE a delivery or the above charges will apply anyhow.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?

A.We would ask that you accept the delivery and check if the contents of the box is damaged. If you find the contents to be damaged, please report this to our customer service department on the contact us page, who will decide on the best course of action to resolve this matter. Return charges will apply if delivery is refused, Please do not refuse the parcel as charges are passed on from the couriers for refusals. For this reason after accepting we will work with you to resolve th issue, if it requires an exchange or a spare part to be shipped out, this will be done.
