-7 day Satisfaction Policy
Once products are received you may decide you don''t want them anymore...for whatever reason.
Within this policy we advise the customer to send the items back to our warehouse/Premises, providing they meet the following conditions
• Brand new
• unused & Resalable condition
• In original Box and Packaging
If the above conditions are Fully met please send the items back to us at YOUR COST and we will be happy to give you a FULL REFUND excluding the delivery charge of sending goods out ,if there was one charged.
Please note If packaging is Damaged In any way this may contribute towards devaluing the product for resale. This will result in a less Refund being issued depending on the severity of Damage. For this reason we ask all customers to Keep all Packaging in good condition before fully accepting the Product.

-Faulty Items Received
Faulty and reported Within 7 days
Once you receive your item, if you happen to discover a fault, please let us know straight away. If the fault is reported within 7 days, and by sending out spare parts it cannot be resolved WE will incur the charges of picking the item from you.
You will then have an option to get a Full Refund, have the product repaired, or have it exchanged.
In most instances we will send out parts to you FREE OF CHARGE or ask you to contact the manufacturer who will be able to deal with you directly (we will assist you)
PLEASE NOTE: We will only Pick the item up from you, if it cannot be resolved by the manufacturer or by sending out spares.

Faulty and reported After 7 days
If faults are reported after 7 days of signature on delivery we will ask you to send the items back to us at YOUR COST in order to be eligible for a Repair or Exchange. This only applies if Spare parts cannot resolve the problem or the manufacturer is unable to support you.
For this reason we ask all customers to inspect all items within 7 days of receiving them!!
We will always work with you to ensure the issue is resolved smoothly, efficiently and as soon as possible! Just contact us and we’ll explain everything to you
Please Note You must always Notify us before returning any items. If goods are returned back to us without notification they may be refused and you may be charged by your carrier.
We will ask you to attach a Reference number on your parcel. This will be RMA# ‘Order No’. This Reference number will allow us to identify the fact that it is a Return and will also enable us to track you order and retrieve your order details.
If this is not attached their may be delays in processing the return.
