Q When will I receive any goods purchased on-line?
A Kiddies Kingdom will confirm your transaction via automated email within a couple of minutes of you successfully placing your order, unless otherwise stated we will dispatch your order immediately, You should recieve your order within 1 working day, however please allow up to three/four working days for Amtrak to deliver.
Q How do I find out if the goods have been despatched?
A Upon despatch, we operate a policy of sending an email to every customer who places an order online. The dispatch email will show the status as being "delivered", this means the goods have been passed on to the courier and will be with you by the next working day.
Please ensure you check the quantity of parcels that you are signing for and report any problems to us within 7 working days. Please ensure someone will be at the delivery address to accept your order as our courier will only leave goods with a signature. If you are not at the address to accept the order the courier will usually return the next working day, If on the second attempt the consignment is still undelivered then the goods will be held at the local Amtrak depot for a further two working days for the recipient to collect at their convenience. In the event that this does not occur, the goods will be returned back to us, to redeliver the goods there will be a charge of £15.00

A We offer a six months warranty with all products
Q What is your Returns Policy?
A You may of course return any items purchased from Kiddies Kingdom within 7 days, but please contact us to requesting for an RMA number and the reason for your return. If goods are sent back to the distribution centre without an RMA number we will be unable to issue you with a refund, therefore please ensure you obtain an RMA number.

Q I am concerned about buying because of security/privacy issues
A When you are submitting details to Kiddies Kingdom over the Internet security is handled as follows:
Firstly, when your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) connects with the secure side of our server (web site computer) that connection is between you and the server alone.
Secondly, during the communications between your browser and our server the information is scrambled. This is known as encryption and our encryption is 128bit. 128bit encryption uses billions (2 to power of 128) of possible combinations to scramble the information.
Thirdly, any information we store internally so we can process your order is kept on a computer system that operates independently of the web server and does not use an operating system that is prone to viruses, hacking etc.
