- Can l place my order by telephone?
We would recommend you order online as we can assure you everything is secure and the ordering process is very simple, this is usually the most efficient way of ordering items from us, as our site is dedicated for online ordering, and minimal telephone orders. But if you are wanting to order over the phone by speaking with one of our reps, you can do so by requesting for a call-back on the Contact us page. Please quote which items you are interested in and a rep will get in touch ASAP.

We accept payments through Paypal and also by Credit/Debit card through our secure online terminal.

- Do l need to register seperately?
NO, once you place an order you do not need to register as you are automatically taken through the registration process anyway, we need your details to process the order, therefore if you place an order you are automatically a Registered Kiddies Kingdom Member.

- How do I know if a product is in stock?
We currently don’t have an instant Stock Checker but if you would like to know if an item is in stock please advise our Customer Service team on the contact us page. They will hopefully get back to you and let you know. To confirm a product is available and in stock ,a quick way for asking us, is by picking up the phone and dialing: 01924 439049.

- What if a product I have ordered is not in stock?
In some cases the items you have ordered may not be in stock, in this case we will give you an option to cancel your order or wait for it to come back into stock (We will give you a more approximate date, depending on the product(s). most products come back into stock within 3 working days)
This will be classed as a BACKORDER and you will be notified as soon as possible.
If items are not due to be back in stock and we are unable to get in touch with you ,we will automatically cancel your order and refund all monies back to your account.
