Acceptance of order

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you only exists when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our Site does not indicate acceptance of an order.

Descriptions/Specifications

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All specifications (weights, measurements) are approximate and are only given as a guide, due to product development and varying outputs from different devices colours are also approximate. Wood is a natural product and the grain or shade will vary form piece to piece, manufacturers normally use different grades of wood for items such as cots or cot beds and therefore the stain can appear differently.

Secure Payment

We will charge your account for payment once your order is processed
The purchase area of our site is secure, this means that we use industry standard SSL technology to allow for the encryption of all sensitive information such as your name, address and especially your credit card details.

Back orders

In some cases the items you have ordered may not be in stock, in this case we will give you an option to cancel your order or wait for it to come back into stock (We will give you a more approximate date, depending on the products, most products come back into stock within 3 working days) All this will be classed as a BACKORDER and you will be notified as soon as possible.

Received goods

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer''s expense in perfect condition within 7 working days.
We also require a copy of your receipt.

We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in there original condition.
This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

Cancellation of order

Once you have placed an order at Kiddies Kingdom you are only able to cancel it if it has not been processed.Therefore it is best for you to contact us immediately. As Mentioned above if your not happy with your items you are welcome to return them back within 7 days of receipt in perfect condition.

Furniture''s

Please allow up to 21 days for furniture delivery and assembly, this is because it is directly from the manufacturer. In some cases the furniture sets are not in stock therefore we will give you an option to wait for it to come in stock (could take up 7 weeks) or an option to cancel it.

WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.  The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.

The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.

Kiddies Kingdom obliged under these regulations to offer customers a free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

Kiddies Kingdom must return their like-for-like WEEE item to the relevant agency within 28 days of purchasing a new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Kiddies Kingdom cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Delivery Info

We offer a FREE Next-day (working day) delivery to all UK mainland for all orders over £50. We aim to deliver orders the following day after the order is placed, but please allow up to 3 days for delivery. If the goods have not been delivered after 3-days please contact us at info@kiddies-kingdom.com and neessary arrangements will be made, we are really sorry if this is the case.

Redelivery Process

In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, the recipient will be left a card informing them that a redelivery will take place the next working day (Monday to Friday).  If on the second attempt the consignment is still undelivered then the goods will be held at the local Amtrak depot for a further two working days for the recipient to collect at their convenience.  In the event that this does not occur, the goods will be returned back to us, to redeliver the goods there will be  a charge of £15.00

Returns and Refunds

-7 day Satisfaction Policy

Once products are received you may decide you don''t want them anymore...for whatever reason.
within this policy we advise the customer to send back the items to our warehouse/Premises, providing they meet the following conditions

    * Brand new
    * unused & Resalable condition
    * In original Box

If the above conditions are met please send the items back to us at YOUR COST and we will be happy to give you a FULL REFUND excluding the delivery charge of sending goods out ,if there was one charged.

-Faulty Items Received

Within 7 days

Once you receive your item, if you happen to discover a fault, please let us know straight away.
if the fault is reported within 7 days . If the fault is serious WE will incur the charges of picking the item from you.
You will then have an option to get a Full Refund, have the product repaired, or have it exchanged.

In most instances we will send out parts to you FREE OF CHARGE or ask you to contact the manufacturer who will be able to deal with you directly (we will assist you)


After 7 days

If faults are reported after 7 days of signature on delivery we will ask you to send the items back to us at YOUR COST in order to be eligible for a Repair or Exchange. Please note after 7 days we will not offer Full refunds.

FOR THIS REASON WE ASK ALL CUSTOMERS TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM!!


We will always work with you to ensure the issue is resolved smoothly, efficiently and as soon as possible!

Please request for an RMA number before you return items (this applies to any reason for return)
If goods are sent back to the distribution centre without an RMA number we will be unable to issue you with a refund, therefore please ensure you obtain an RMA number.

Guarantee

All of our products are covered by a 6-month guarantee.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
Faults and Problems must be reported within 7 days, If not we may refuse to offer refund, however you will be entitled to a replacement or refund within the warranty period if it is a faulty item. But we will advise you on what to do, in some cases dealing with the manufacturer directly.

If a manufacturing fault develops within the 6-month guarantee period, where we can we will send out spare parts free of charge.

We reserve the right to send goods back to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault. If a manufacturing fault is found it will be repaired or replaced and sent back free of charge.

Any faults caused due to misuse or accidental damage will be a chargeable repair along with carriage costs incurred.

We reserve the right to issue refunds/exchanges/repairs in and out of the warranty period

This does not affect your statutory rights.
